Pizza-love forces Russian to kidnap people

Russia is one country where crazy things happen on a routine basis and it would probably be weird if nothing bizarre happens.

A South Russian, had such strong desire to have a pizza that he had to abduct four people and hold them hostage for a few good hours before the government yearned to his request, one pizza with a Sprite.

The incident happened in Astrakhan 1,500 km from Moscow. He had a gun and also some explosives on him allegedly when he threatened the hostages. He rushed into a hospital and took two female students as hostages. A teacher and another security guard were the other hostages.

He cordoned himself off in a classroom along with the hostages. Immediately after his demands were met, after hours of negotiation. he released the hostages.

The teacher said that he was around 30 and had a gun but she couldn't identify if it was a real gun.
