Delhi Gang Rape Judgment Faces Postponement
A
lawyer expressed saying that an Indian juvenile court has come up with
postponement delivering its judgment until Aug 19 for one suspect in the
deadly gang rape of a woman on a New Delhi bus.
The
postponement is to take into consideration India's top court to hear a
petition on the legal definition of a juvenile. The judgment would have
been the first handed down in the
case. Furthermore, Defense lawyer Rajesh Tiwari said on Monday that the
Supreme Court had asked the Juvenile Board to hold the judgment.
There's nothing left to be expressed as we know the fact where our nation is progressing. It's a big shame!
